[6.0.1]in evaluation interviewee should not see the questions and answer them

hello,
i am trying to use openerp in my company.it's been a while that i am trying.
these days i am mainly working on HR and i found this odd behavior of the system.
consider this case ; i have just recruited an employee and after 10 days i want to see how is she considering her job.
so i want a short evaluation in which i would be the interviewer and she ,the interviewee.i make appropriate evaluation plan and add one for her.
here is the odd thing:
the interviewee can go to the evaluation menu and see my questions that i am gonna ask her!!!
is that right.
i think this is right for self evaluation not for this case that i want to evaluate her with ,what is going in my mind.and i don't want her knowing them before the interview.

i thought maybe this is a bug and so i asked first.

If you don't want your employee to see evaluation then don;t give them access rights on evaluation object and menus.

Hello,

Would you please make your user with the following groups. Employee, Survey/User.

So user will able to give the answer of his/her evaluation.
