[Trunk] - No default language when creating new DB

When creating a new DB from GTK, no default language is proposed as in V5 (English).

So currently, you can start the DB creation process without mentioning any language but it fails quickly because server says language = null.

Could we envisage to put this field "language" to be defaulted (en_us, was used in v5 I think) or to become mandatory field ?

I would like to tell you that this is possible only if the server is not connected.
Make another check.

I assure you my server was connected...

This issue occurs only the first time you create a DB after installing OpenERP. On next database creation, the field is defaulted with the language value used in the previous DB install and an empty value cannot be chosen anymore in the drop-down list.
