Why ir.ui.view.custom is only used on boards?

Why the function of create a custom view per user with ir.ui.view.custom is only used on board.board model? If you look on ir_ui_view.py there is a condition: if rs.get('model') == 'board.board': on read() of ir.ui.view.

I think view_custom could be a great feature for all models.

Hello Eduard,

In currently scenario 'ir.ui.view.custom' is not available for other model.
You can create blueprints or wishlist bug for this.
