How to ressolve the error "Couldn't find a pricelist line matching this product and quantity. You have to change either the product, the quantity or the pricelist"

This error only comes when you restrict the minimum quantity in pricelist => Pricelist Version(one2many) => Product Listprices item(one2many) => Min. Quantiny > 0 . This error will be raised.

But i havent created any Min Quantity restrictions in PriceList Versions.

Is it mandatory to set the value for Min Quantity in in PriceList Versions?
