data import using csv file for real stock

Hi,
I would like to import some data using the csv file,
I have the Real Stock and Virtual stock field in the existing Database.

But when i navigated to Products-ProductForm -> import

i cannot see the RealStock and Virtual Stock field there.

Can you please let me know where these fields are available?

Hello Bushair,

This three field are function field which will automatically calculated , why you need to import.
You can not import function field .You can see function filed are not editable it is read only.

Hi,
Thanks for the information
but in the existing system(not openerp) , i have the stock field and it gives you the information about the number of
stocks avialable for each products.

So i would like to port these field also into openerp?

In OpenERP , how can i display the number of stocks avialable for each product?

Hello Bushair,

For that simply use Stock Management/Periodical Inventory for starting inventory .
You can also create purchase order for fill up product stock.
