What is meant by Wall of Shame link in OpenERP Document Management system?

How to create a new Wall of Shame using document management in OpenERP?

Hello,
Wall of shame for Document means "Users that did not added documents since one month"
Or you can say that it lists details of those users who have not posted any document + its last posted document's details.
You can not manually create data for wall of shame!!

it will list the users that have not added any document more than a month.
