is there any possibility to add manual taxes in invoice form.

Yes.
When you encode a manual invoice, or when you edit a generated invoice, you can add or change tax from product line from invoice line.

on V6 this is currently broken due to this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/672684
Let's hope OpenERP SA will apply our patch (seems to fix it).
