geting error while install module base_module_record 'module' object has no attribute 'SERVICES'. account_Asset and account_simulation not install module+ list

Hello Bhavin

  I have installed both the modules account_asset and account_simulation. I also installed base_module_record but i haven't got any error. Can you please explain the problem a bit detailed how you got the error. And please do send me the whole error what it says. So that i can figure it out.
