How can I settle a taxes for intra community purchases

Hello,

I'm trying to settle a tax (on Odoo 8 Accounting - configuration - taxes - taxes) for intra community purchase of goods. In Europe a purchase to a EU supplier, the tax has to be shifted.

Example:

Purchase ammount: 1000
VAT percentage: 23%

C: Supplier - 1000,00
D: VAT purchase tax - 230,00
C: VAT shifted purchase tax -230,00
D: Expense account - 1000,00

Do you know how can I configure that in Odoo?

Installed l10_be application and saw few examples for it. Tested and it worked.
