openerp The code of the account must be unique per company !

When i load the spanish chart of accounts in Openerp V7 I get the error message
Constraint Error The code of the account must be unique per company !
Can you say me what is the problem?.

You need to check your code under account module in
Accounting--> Configuration--> Accounts--> Account
then you need to create one account but use unique code for accounnt code you can use same name for different-different account ut need to use unique code for all accounts
