Website Builder - Developer/tester site?

The website builder is fantastic!

However after the site is live, any change to the site is immediate and live only. How can the users develop their next version in peace?

For static sites we can simply build another virtual server for building and testing, then point/redirect the URL to the new site when ready...

How can we do this with website builder?
