How to give normal users access to custom developed module in OpenERP 7 ?

I have developed a custom module in OpenERP my Administrator user can see that module and can access it,

but normal users can't see my developed module.

How can I give access to users or how to create access roles for custom modules in OpenERP 7 ?

Note: I am new to OpenERP development please give a detailed example with explanation.

Dear Mehdi Jalal,

If your module has new models, then do not forget to assign employee group to it.

You may follow the Idea module idea/security/CSV file which will explain you things well.
