Hungarian localization

Hi,
Can anybody tell me what is the exact procedure, step by step, in order to create the Hungarian localization for Openerp?
Is there any documentation for localization?
To be honest, I do not understand the launchpad and its structure.
I would like to contribute with the Hungarian localization but I haven't the faintest idea how it works and can be done on launchpad.
Could anybody help me with details on making the first steps?

a magyarítást néhány évvel ezelőttig egy külön launchpad csapat csinálta. Ezt itt tudod elérni: https://launchpad.net/~openerp-hungarian-team

ennek egy ideig én voltam a vezetője, de kb 2 éve már nem volt rá időm. Azt nem tudom, hogy most hogyan állnak a dolgok, de a fenti linken szerintem bővebb infót is találhatsz.

Egyébként a magyarítás a nyílt fejlesztésben szokásos módon történik. Ezért az első kérdésem az lenne, hogy fordítottál-e már szoftvert? Tudod-e, hogy mit jelent pl a gettext? (Ha nem az sem probléma. :))
