Security Restrictions

Hi,

I (as Project Manager) tried to create a project under project management module and assign it to Employees Only but this error occur.

Access DeniedThe requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.(Document type: Project, Operation: read)

I had also give all the setting exactly same as administrator and also gave the same error. But, if Administrator create the project and assign it to Employees Only, it can worked. It also can worked if I assign the project to All Users but not for the other options

Do you have any solutions for this?
