add on's do not show up in OpenERP when put in the add on's folder?

How do you enable OpenERP add on's pulled from the OpenERP site to show up in the modules menu, even though they are in the add on's folder?

Did that, a few of them still do not show. Thanks anyway, I'll figure it out.
