Multiple Employees per Contract

Asked by John B

Any particular design reason why a contract is per employee only? It would seem relatively straightforward to switch to a list of employees, since an employee can have multiple contracts anyhow. Would anything need to be changed?

This would make it much easier to have group contracts with general rules for payroll, and then specific contracts for each employee.

Hello John,

Really nice idea to have common contract for category of employee.
It should be similar to leave allocation feature in OpenERP.

This will not need big customization if we make it as a seperate module.
If any organization is hiring lot of employees they will just make single contract with same joining date, wages and salary structure.
This will be useful for labor contractor firm too.

In current module we have to make contract for each employee manually.

@Serpent i think he wants multiple contracts, not just one for a category, btw this REQ must be reviewed can imply contract laws.

Can you help with this problem?
