Stock move with 0.0 quantity

Hello,

I'm using the tar'd OpenErp 6.0.4. and the tar'd addons.

After I make a purchase order and process the stock moves. I can change the quantity of the stock move to 0.0 and still process the stock move.

I would like to know if there is a reason to be able to process a stock move with no items?

OpenERP is more of a minimalist, so the logic here is: would it add value to forbid empty moves? Not much. Would it make the program more complex? Yes, empty moves would introduce specific cases in the procurement logic and the production logic.

Of course, nothing keeps you from changing this in a module of your own.
Just be aware that the whole ERP is build following this logic so your life will be simpler if you live with it.
