Sub totals not computing on product in purchase order, bug or config issue

I am having a nightmare with my setup, which is ;

Ubuntu 10.10
the .debs for 6.0.2 for server and the web client .tar

I can set up products, define their UOMs and define the suppliers and all. Everything is in one currency including price lists, company and supplier prices.

In the purchase order and sales order however, whenever i add a product, it does not compute sub totals, and no totals show either, (including prices and all), is this a config issue or a bug...

I googled but most of those that raised such questions went unanswered...

Collin,

Check if you created a new currency. If you did, please remember to assign values to the computational accuracy and rounding factor of the currency you created.
