Production Lot - MRP Opearation

In "Manufacturing Order" form -> Finished Product ->Product to Finish -> We have selected the product to edit -> It opens the "Stock Move" Form

Select Stock Move -> Traceability -> Production Lot -> search button -> it opens the form " Search Production Lot" -> select new -> "Production lot" = 00004 -> save -> back to "Stock move" form " Production Lot"
shows 00004 -> save & close.

Then we have completed the manufacturing order process.
Now completed pack is available in Warehouse -> Warehouse Management -> Delivery order -> search delivery order list -> INT/0000x -> open the form -> "Production Lot" is missing.

Same "Production lot" number should be there in both "INT/000X" as well as in "OUT/000X" "Delivery orders" for traceability.

Also please tell us what is the function of "Split in Production lot" and whether it will generate unique serial number or suggest us to how to generate "unique serial number" for finish product.

Hello laxman patil ,

I have gone though your explanation by following way:

Select Stock Move -> Traceability -> Production Lot -> search button -> it opens the form " Search Production Lot" -> select new -> "Production lot" = 00004 -> save -> back to "Stock move" form " Production Lot"
shows 00004 -> save & close.

When we confirm the Manufacturing Order It create Moves.
From the Manufacturing Order We are not create any delivery order.
And If you want to enter production lot to delivery order than you can enter it manually.
For "Split in Production lot" it is use to change product quantity for production lot.

For your reference I have attached one video, please check and notify us where you face the problem.

Thanks Devishree, I got your point.

Actually I want to create a unique serial number for selleable product.

In Version 5.0.15 it was possible to create unique serial number using addon module "mrp_prodlot_autosplit".

But with 6.0.1 it is not working, Can u help me out to resolve this issue.
