HR Employee termination process

Is there a way to specify reasons for termination for employee such as Resignation, Study Leave, Suspension, Vacation of Post, etc. This can link to Active/Inactive status of the employee.

Hello Nina,

There is nothing in standard OpenERP currently to cover such a need.

The possible solution should be creating additional fields in the employee form (leave reason, start/end date + additional python code to activate/deactivate an additional checbox "Work suspension" - I prefer this than changing the "active" flag of the employee because this one is probably still under contract with the employer).
