Add sent e-mails to leads?

Is it possible to configure OpenERP in such a way that it not only retrieves sent e-mails through the fetchmail plugin, but does the same thing with sent e-mails? E. g. every time a mail is sent to a specific contact, a copy of that mail should be attached to the lead in OpenERP.

If you send mail from openERP interface using smtp configured it will save all mails in history of particular lead.

the other way to create leads from sent mails you can use thunderbird plugin and create leads from sent mails.

Is it also possible with the Outlook plugin (both for 2007 and the upcoming 2010 version)?

yes both outlook and thunderbird plugin has same functionality and interface, outlook 2007 is working, never tried with 2010.
