Analytic Accounts views do not honor times spend and times sold

(openerp v6.0.1) We do use a support contract scheme in our company:

We add a new project for the custommer with a task and spend let's say 3 hours.

The custommer pays for (buys) 10 hours every month so we create an invoice for 10 hours and add the analytic account of the earlyer created project in the (service)product line.

So we should have a total ammount of: -3+10 = +7 hours left for the custommer!

BUT open erp shows in all views 13 hours so is simply adds all the hours and does not honor if the hours where spend by staff or bought through the custommer?!?

So am i totally wrong or is there no chance to see just the right summ of hours?!?

(By the way the total amount of cash is calculated right but not the hours. Thank you sooo much for any help because i am struggling with this now for about two years! since version 5)

For this kind of scenario you can not create invoice for 10 hours.
it will always add with task work as you already worked for 3 hours and you are making invoice of more 10 hours so it will become 13 hours.
for the above scenario you can make project with some name like : Support hours contract
then create task with names like : February support and make planned hours 10
you can see same planned hours in project form.

now start doing task entries based on support and at the end of month you can done the task.
so you can see planned hours and hours spend in project form and you can invoiced spent hours too.
