Multi company

Hi,

One thing is the Company and another is the shop. If you want to create a shop for the company, you have to go to: sales>configuration>sales>shop and create a shop and assigns it to the company.

But how can I then define for which company I want to create a sales order?

When you create a sales order, you have to select a shop that can create as I told you, then the sales order is assigned to the company of that shop. Then when you save the sales order you can find in the other information tab a field called Company where appears the company of the shop you selected in the sales order

To create the shop I have to link a warehouse. But when I create the warehouse I cannot define that this warehouse is linked to my second company.
Is there a specific module that I have to install? I remember from the course that f.e. on item level there was also the possibility to select in a field another company. But I cannot find anywhere that field.

IMHO you should go to administration/users and add the company for the user.

obviuosly you must add Usability/Multicompany to the users group
