Fetchmail ->will "message_new" be implemented in crm_helpdesk, crm_claim? And what about a "case number"?

Hello,

will the message_new method also be implemented in crm_helpdesk and crm_claim anytime soon?
Else we will have to do it ourselves.

And i'm also missing a "case number", so that cases can be updated like in v5.

You should create wishlist as this is new implementation.
I don't know whether it is in backlog for next release but it is useful to make helpdesk and claims process automated.
I created this in feedback list, you can vote on this post to make it selected in next release.
