payroll documentation

Is there any documentation on the payroll module anywhere? The module is certified, surely there must be something out there.

would appreciate some direction on
- weekly wages.
- scaled dections (tax scales)

Very high level, no detail on the really important issues such condition on heads etc. And he does not reply to any posts.

that is just a marketing stunt!

May be this can be an issue,
I have seen few questions and bugs which are duplicated 2 -3 times on same date and time.
