Question about report_timesheet

It looks like in the Timesheet by Account report the create_date is used to group records instead of the data field.

This causes, in the report, the allocation of hours/costs on the month related to the inserting date instead of the month determined starting from the date specified in the timesheet/analytic account entry.

e.g. if I'm inserting in December the timesheet of July, the report will present the hours in the balance of December instead of July.

I'm not sure this is a bug, this is why I'm posting here the question before filing a bug. Can anyone confirm the implemented behaviour is correct?

Yes,

It is a bug if and only if it performs groupby based on 'create_date' instead of 'date'.

Trunk handles this report gracefully.
