How to hide the product menu in v5 for the group "employee"?

Hello,
In the current v5 when you install the product module, the employee group is granted access to the product menu. Yet there is no menu access given in the security model that I could find.
How can I hide this menu frmo users who are only in this group ?

Eventually I found out that the Product menu is visible because is has no restriction at all.
Restring it to a group (for example Product managers) hides it from the others.
