trunk - crm crm_claim - no email communication section

Claims are stated to be fully integrated with the mail gateway - but where is the communication section showing in and out mails ?

may be I miss something
If this is still to be solved - the V5 fields for mail body are very often much to small for comprehensive reading and writing.

BTW It must be possible to print one or more mails out of crm

the current (v5) workaround copy+paste into wordprocessor is not state of the art.

Hello Ferdinand,

I guess you miss a point here.

The 'History' tab contains the communication history of in and out emails.

Hope this is clear.

sorry - no it's not

crm is about communicating with partners
all crm related forms miss the mail section which allows to send and receive mails as it was in V5
