workflow schedule check of triggers

Hello,

I am trying to setup or workflow based on time. The problem is that apparently the workflow triggers-conditions are checked aparentyl only when we perform an action.

Is there a function in the workflow class to setup a scheduled action to check if the triggers are verified or not for all the active workitems (or instances of workflows) ?

This type of scheduled action is not available in current tiny code.
You can create a blueprints for this issue.
