How to upgrade OpenERP version to new

Hi,
Currently I am using OpenERP version 5.0.6 .I have done many customizations in it and using it Live. I need to upgrade it to latest version 5.0.11 . How can that be done??

I think it's better to do customization in one dedicated own addon. I'm trying no to collect them this way.
