multi_company_product assign costs in product form when in the table, the cost is assigned to template

When assigning sales or purchase cost to a product, you have to fill it into the product form which gives the feeling that the cost is product dependant.
this is not correct as the cost depends on the template. For this reason, the form to fill the cost should be transfered to the template form.

Hello Elicoidal,

The architecture designed for products and templates is like this:
Basic thing is tempelate :example T-shirt.
Products are black t-shirt,white t-shirt etc.

Technically, the fields of Template are reused in Products to to avoid redundancy. Most common fields belong to Template and product-specifc fields belong to Product.

Logically, Form of templates should not be shown to end-user as it is of no helpful information for them. Product form has all the fields displayed.

This is more a technical phenomenon, not at all an issue of multi_company_product.

Fine, no problem with the concept nevertheless, if I take your logic, price assignement form should be in template like for exemple standard cost price and sales prices.

Not a big deal but just to be consistent in the information access construction.
