Hi Tsolmon,
If you have noticed we have removed dm* modules from stable extra addons and also merged dm_email module in dm since long.Thus I suggest you to check out latest modules of dm from trunk extra addons branch and not to use dm_email module as there is no existence of such module now.
The basic different between these two modules are :
dm_email use smtp server(smtpclient module of openerp) to send email,while dm_emailvision use emailvision api to send the emails .
