Stock move <=> financial entry connection

As we know the ERP creates stock valuation entries in the financial accounting, but why is there no link object between a stock move and the financial entry generated for stock valuation?

For normal stock moves this does not seem to be a problem because the product name is used and you can somehow find out to what stock move the financial entry belongs to.

BUT when an Inventory is created the ERP uses the Inventory Name for the Financial Booking Entries instead of the Product Name. Thus we are not able to link the stock valuation bookings with the actual stock move.

I wonder what the community thinks about this.
