Import/Export function not working (windows)

I download OpenERP all in one set up for windows but my import and export function is not working. do I have to install a library for that? When I click the import or export from "FORM" menu, nothing happens. whats is the possible cause of my problem.

Hi vra,

It has no traceback error from server log. the server is deployed in an ubuntu desktop an client are deployed in windows and ubuntu. clients in ubuntu is working just fine, I can use the export and import function. but in windows import/export function is not working.
