sale order line shows packaging as false

I set packaging for a product to be Box with quantity by package to be 2. Now when i create a sale order line for this product and set quantity=4 then packaging textbox shows text "False" whereas i set the packaging description to "Box of 2". Is this a bug?

Hello Akshay Jain ,

In sale order line the field packaging return EAN field as name_get so if the related field is false then it will return false.
This is not a bug.
