New module questions

Hi I have made a big improvement in module stock_planning in my branch:
lp:~grzechu.g/openobject-addons/x_trunk_stock_planning_new

I have some question before I try to merge it to extra-trunk:

1. In module description I have changed version to 1.1 and author to "Tiny and Grzegorz Grzelak (Cirrus)" would it be OK?

2. In description I have added long user guide text. Is it proper place for it (probably not)? Do we have place for help text for whole form view like for field with "help= "?

3. In the meantime the POT file was created for this module before my changes. Should I create POT file for my improvement (new texts) before merge or it will be made automatically when I merge my .py and .XML files?

Ans:Version is maintained by us.You can change the author name.

2. In description I have added long user guide text. Is it proper place for it (probably not)? Do we have place for help text for whole form view like for field with "help= "?
Ans:You can give more detail help content in "description" attribute of __terp__.py file.

3. In the meantime the POT file was created for this module before my changes. Should I create POT file for my improvement (new texts) before merge or it will be made automatically when I merge my .py and .XML files?
And : If you have a new terms for module then you can add this in a POT file.
