What is Report in the NewDirectory page

Hi,
I could see a Report Field in the AutoGenerated Files Section while creating a new Direcotry

Naviagation is

Main Menu ->Document Management ->Document Configuration ->Directories -> NEW

While creating a new directory using this naviation ,you can see a Section named AutoGenerated files
,What is meant by this autogenerated files?
If you try to create a new entry in this section , it will pop up a window .
In this window , under PDF Report section , there is a Report field .

What is the use of this Report field ?

If i give the value for this field as Quotation ->Order ,
what does this indicates?

Hello Bushair ,

You can see the directory All Sale order. Inside the content section you can add the related report exist in sale.order object which is assigned in 'Directories Mapped to Objects' field(many2one).
When you will open the All Sale order folder in ftp, you will see all sale order as separate folder and inside the folder you can see the related reports pdf document content which you did create in Auto-generated files section.

So now you get the point that this documents are automatically generated.Inside All Sale Order Directory.
So you can your own directory.You can assign any object of its related report document.
