Search a File is not showing the files in FTP folder

Hi,
How to search a file located in FTP folder using Search a File option available in Docuement Management system

When i navigate to Search a File using MainMenu->Document Management ->Search a file ,it is displaying all the files in the directories ,but not the one in FTP folder.

Hello,
Open MainMenu->Document Management ->Search a file
At top left corner(After tab) you can find (+) button, this will unfold some fields.(This is custom search).
In directory field specify your folder name,
Click on [find], this will display only files under that folder.

Hi,
But i have some files copied to the FTP location

ftp://localhost:8021/OPENERP

I can see the these files using MainMenu->Document Management ->Browse Files using FTP

When i give the Directory Name as OPENERP in the MainMenu->Document Management ->Search a File ,
i cant see the contents of this ftp folder.

How can i search the contents of the ftp folder using MainMenu->Document Management ->Search a File ?

Hello,
ftp is your db name
As you have put documents on FTP folder it will not be under any directory as ftp is not in list of directory,
I suggest to move your files under Documents or My Folder directory,
