How do I create a FAQ from a regular question, or from scratch?

In order to be able to create FAQs, you need to register yourself as an "Answer Contact" for the corresponding project.
Here is how to do it:
1. Visit the open questions page for the project you're interested in. For example: https:/
2. Click on "Set Answer Contact" on the right menu
3. Mark all the appropriate checkboxes
4. Click "Continue"
Then you will see the buttons to create FAQ out of questions, or from scratch.
