Ready for day-to-day use

I am currently setting up a computer system for my wife practice and wondering if the current version 0.2.0 is good for day-to-day use? I tried the pervious version and was restricted to the demo user/database.

You are not restricted in any way, because this is an open-source project.

However, you will need to do a substantial amount of work to use this product in it's current form.

Openmolar2 will be easier to customise.
