Can't see Cash payment gateway on frontend

I cannot see "Cash" payment gateway on the customer front end. I have set it up correctly. I can see it from the backend ordering.

Cheque/Money order works fine.

We intentionally designed cash payments to only be accepted via the admin Point Of Sale checkout in Freeway.

Cash payments can't be collected in the front end of Freeway because this would essentially become an honour system rather than an eCommerce system.
