Help needed setting up clickatell "sms connect error"

I'm having a problem getting Clickatell to work. I've setup the information correctly (I believe) and setup a test sms account.

However sending a test SMS i get the following message:
Test Mail Sent Successfully
(However SMS never arrives)

But when sending SMS to a user from the events page I get this error: Error 353871111222 - SMS Connect Error:

And that's it. Can't see anything in the logs. Any ideas?

Settings are:
Clickatell Username. learntodancesite

Enable Clickatell sms Module True
Clickatell Host Url. http://api.clickatell.com

You need to add your Clickatell password as well. Have you done this? Also make sure that you are using HTTP as the Clickatell process.

Yes, have entered the password (just did not put up for security purposes).

Yes I have HTTP selected in Clickatell.
