What for do we need Supplier Information in Product

Hi,
  the question is: What for do we need that session in a Product's "Prices and suppliers"? Does this session influence on price creation for the product somewhere?

Hello Pavel,

1. In the product object the supplier is needed when you will create a production order then for any product the supplier is required there otherwise it will raise a warning message.

2.In sale order when you make a sale order and the product is not available in the stock of inventory then the procurement will be created for product then supplier information play a very important role.

3.You can give different price to particular supplier by adding the particular quantity with different price combinations.
