Unicode problem

ASCII-Unicode translation exception.
I use Russain localization, error (Python "exceptions.UnicodeDecodeError" exception, in fact) occurs when I press Next button.

I think it's enough to repeat this situation for fixing.

More information.
This is "New partner" (Partners > New Partner) screen. Error occurs when user creates partner record with several partner contacts.

Dear All,
This problem is definitely present and active, even happens, if one of the contact addresses contains names with é or è! Urgent help is required, as this is a complete show-stopper!
