Is General Account in Workcenter fully functional?

I set my workcenter then created a production order, it created an analytic line entry, it has analytic account, analytic journal, general account, and the rest. but I can't see the entry in the chart of accounts since general account in the analytic lines have entry isn't it suppose to have an entry in the chart of accounts?

Yes, you are on the correct way,

now check that in the Analytic Account you configure the Partner, and Price List then
Select all the Analytic Entry which are created from the Production and Run the Wizard which will allow you to create the Invoice and when you confirm the Invoice you will get the Same Entry in to the Chart of Account
