OpenERP Server 4.3 log file

Since the last openerp 4.3 update on my linux system, the log file is not update. When running using command line I get an error that says: "ERROR: couldn't create the logfile directory /var/log/openerp/server.log". I changes user rights to everybody without success. I have no idea about what could be wrong.

Adding 'import logging.handlers' line at the beginning of the 'netsvc.py' file solve the problem.
I'm not expert in python, I cannot tell that's the right solution but it works on linux Gentoo using python 2.5.
