Hi,

I have a situation where someone give an email to <email address hidden> and that email should be auto assign to responsible employees to deal with. I think the responsible employees should get email like this:

          From: <email address hidden>
          Subject: any subject from <email address hidden>
          Reply to: <email address hidden>
          To: <email address hidden>, <email address hidden>

          Description: Access this document directly in OpenERP.

Salam Arif,

You can configure such a way that your emails are assigned to specific person and you can send an email to user as well.

Sending an email to user can be done by automated actions.

To assign to specific users, you should specify criteria.
