Openerp auto start problem

Hi

i am using openerp7 it working properly when i am start manually i am stating like this : ./openerp-server --addons-path=/srv/devteam/openerp/openerp7/addons/,../web/addons/. it working

But how iam configure automatically in openerp

error showing is addon path is wrong

Please do the need full
