OpenERP

getting openerp for students

Hi, I am currently taking a project management course. I would like to use openerp for my project management. I started and instance and I saw that I had to pay. Is there any promotion for students or even a free version. Can I install in on my laptop or do I have to use the web application all the time? Thank you for your assistance.

OpenERP is under GNU Licence and free. When you would like to have support from the OpenERP SA Company, you have to pay a little bit. Downloading, installing and modified by yourself is free of charge. You can download a version here on Launchpad.
