Non-Conformity Statistics

Asked by Simon Buckmaster

Hello,

Is there currently any mechanism for viewing statistics on NCs?

Eg. number/percentage of open/closed NCs, number of NCs opened this month, percentage of NCs with external source, etc.

I have been poking around the interface and modules and I haven't been able to find a way to get to this data - is it possible?

Thanks in advance…

Simon

You can use mgmtsystem_kpi module to create your own KPI.

Thanks for the answer Maxime.

I've had a look at the KPI module but I can't figure out how to achieve what I am trying to do. Is there any documentation that you could point me too?

Should I be using python or SQL for this kind of request? I don't know much about python, but I know a bit about SQL. The database requests seem to be handled by the OpenERP core and somewhat abstracted away by ORM, so I'm having a hard time inferring suitable requests based on the database contents and the mgmtsystem source code (it doesn't help that I'm not a developer and am likely in waaaay over my head here).

If you have the time, any pointers you could provide me would be greatly appreciated.

Again, I appreciate you taking the time to provide support here.

Cheers

Simon

It really depends on the KPI and what you want to compute. I would say if you can't compute it with SQL, use Python.

Can you help with this problem?
